Although I love my Lilacs and English Spots, I wanted to show in a breed where there were more entries than just my rabbits, most of the time. I talked with Danny and Travis Akehurst and was able to get Patches and Blueberry to show.

   When I got Patches, she was a Junior. As she matured, it became apparent that she was going to be a wonderful show doe. Her markings are pretty symetrical and her black head gets her noticed. Patches also has great conformation, thanks to Travis Akehurst's breeding program. I am grateful to the Akehurst family for helping me so much.

   The more mature Patches becomes, the more attention she attracts from the judges. She is a sweet rabbit that loves to be on the show table. I am pleased with the progress she's made.
